Application Method

STITCH COVER is applied by brush or roller in two layers. The first layer is applied 2-3 hours after priming and while Primer is still tacky.
The second layer should be applied crosswise after 8-24 hours, depending on the weather conditions. Consumption: 1.0-1.5 kg/m², depending on substrate type. In case of dense, multiple cracks all over the surface, it is strongly recommended to fully reinforce STITCH COVER with 100 cm wide strips of fiber mash, which must overlap by 5-10 cm. Two three hours after priming, the first layer of STITCH COVER is applied to a width of 100 cm and while still fresh a strip of polyester fleece is embedded. The same application process is followed on the remaining surface. Then, two extra layers of STITCH COVER are applied over
the entire surface.

For Full-Surface Waterproofing. Save 9 DPC Coat is applied by brush or roller in two layers. The first layer is applied 2-3 hours after priming and while primer is still tacky. The second layer should be applied crosswise after 8-24 hours, depending on the weather conditions.

Application Method

• Surface must be dry, compact, clean and free of loose particles and impurities; if the application surface area is porous, Stitch Super Tape should be applied after a coat of bitumen primer.
• Peel back about 50 mm – 100 mm of one side of the split paper release liner to position the tape. Remove the liner while applying firm pressure to the stitch super tape surface as it comes into contact with the building surface.
• Repeat this procedure with the remaining side of the paper release liner and apply sufficient pressure along the entire tape surface to ensure a continuous seal and to prevent trapping air beneath the tape.

Application Areas

Application Method

Cementitious or mineral based substrates must be prepared mechanically using abrasive blast cleaning or scarifying equipment to remove cement laitance and to achieve an open textured surface. Loose friable material and weak concrete must be completely removed and surface defects repaired. The concrete must be carefully assessed for moisture content, air entrapment, and surface finish prior to any primer application. Apply the Bitumen Primer, at the correct consumption to the prepared dry surface and allow to
dry before next application stage.

Application Method

It is essential to create a sound a solid substrate to eliminate movement during the concrete pour. Substrates must be regular and smooth with no gaps. Grout around all penetrations such as utility conduits, etc. for stability. HORIZONTAL BLINDING
The substrate must be free of loose aggregate and sharp protrusions. Avoidcurved or rounded substrates. The surface does not need to be dry, but standing water must be removed. VERTICAL SHEET PILING
Use concrete, plywood, insulation or other approved facing to sheet piling to provide support for the membrane. Board systems such as timber lagging must be close butted to provide support and not more than mm out of alignment.

SURFACE PREPARATION
The surface shall be cleaned thoroughly of all contaminants like dust, traces of curing compound, oil and grease. All surface imperfections and protrusions are to be removed and repaired. Structurally unsound and friable concrete must be removed and repaired with a suitable
repair mortar or PMM.
PRIMING
Primer is always recommended prior to coating as it not only penetrates into the concrete pores and seals the substrate. It also acts as an adhesion promoter for further coatings. It is advised to use Save 9 Bitumen Primer. The primer may be applied by a brush, roller or airless spray.

Apply Synthetic Roofing Underlayment over a dry, smooth, clean and defect-free roof deck. Synthetic Roofing Underlayment shall not be
installed over existing roof cladding.
Synthetic Roofing Underlayment serves as a vapor barrier. Ensure the space beneath the roof sheathing is properly ventilated before installing to avoid condensation problems.
